Children being taught how to spy

The Stem project is given children at school in Gloucestershire the chance to learn skills in the intelligence service. Would you like these lessons? And do you agree with this kind of education?

Cool idea!!!
I would do these lessons, but I hope they really are optional as we shouldn't be building up armies of MI5 kids!
Isn't teaching them how to be
Isn't teaching them how to be a spy at a young age indoctrination, like Hitler teaching children to be soldiers? Obviously it's optional in Gloucestershire, but I guess it depends how it's taught, because life in the intelligence service isn't as exciting as most children think and if the teachers focus on the exciting side, it's painting a false picture.
seems similar to that, they
seems similar to that, they think that it is helping them with maths and phyisics and also going into engineering
how is teaching them skills
how is teaching them skills for the intelligence service related to maths and physics? Surely it's more critical thinking and analysis?
seems like that, maybe they
seems like that, maybe they want more spies to go into engineering places, they are being taught a-level work, surely those that cannot cope will become demotivated and lack confidence in the future
Those that cannot cope would
Those that cannot cope would drop the subject, right? Seeing as it's optional, they should be given the oppurtunity to change. Lack of self confidence because they are unable to do work in a difficult subject shouldn't be demoralising, seeing as everyone has a skill in a particular field and their confidence can be built back up again that way, if they are demoralised.
