Fidgeters
Fidgeters can find chewing gum, because some people need physical movement and chewing is a lot less irritating than fiddling with a ruler or clicking a pen.
gum is mainly bad
Although good for bad breath (and therefore self-esteem?) it is bad for stomach (acid) and also wears away enamel on teeth, which leads to sensitivity.
